Anyone ever wondered why the prices of medicines are so high here in Pakistan? The reason is quite simple. The pharmacutical companies are mostly multinational, they do advertisements of their medicines and quite astonishingly they present costly items like refrigrators, airconditioners and even cars to the doctors so they help them in the marketing of the company and the medicine. The consequence is the extremely huge price of the medicine out of reach of the poor man. Further it results in the establishment companies that produce replica medicines of quite lower quality, which instead of curing the ailing person further adds to his misery. But the question is; WHO IS TO BE BLAMED?
